Living Water Project
“…if any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.” - John 7:37
More than Water
In efforts to extend a helping hand to communities in developing nations, BHHF locateS local villages, schools, and orphanage facilities in Ghana, West Africa who are in immediate need of clean water to build wells for easy access to members of the community. The disadvantage in many villages, schools and orphanages is that most do not have potable water for drinking and daily use. This causing them to travel further distances for access to water or exposing themselves to environmental risks by using rain water for their drinking and daily needs.
The average cost to commence one well is approximately $4,000. This cost includes the management and maintenance of the well. With each built, a village with adults and children of all ages or schools and orphanages are reminded that they are not forgotten.
